It is a wonderful little property located in Melbourne Central Business district close to many local attractions and Southern Cross Station. This hotel has favourable and perfect location right in the centre.

The stay here was lovely of 3 nights plus. It was in a stunning location next to Her Majesty's Theatre. Moreover, it's not far from CBD and transport.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and organised. Beds were super comfy and rooms well-appointed. Perfect location with great bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of power points and a decent-sized fridge.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Chinatown and just a short stroll away from popular landmarks such as Bourke Street and Parliament Station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities like a luggage room and on-site parking for convenience.
Some guests experienced issues with the WiFi connection during their stay.

Very good location for city shows and sites. Quiet, comfortable and convenient suite. Liked the kitchenette.
Breakfast was included, but not my choice of food. Juice was OK but I used my own microwaved oats and fresh fruit and plunger coffee.

Everything was great for budget hotel, will probably stay again on next trip to Melbourne.
There was nothing really nothing to complain about, the only small thing was missing was a small lounge or comfortable seating for watching TV.
